Allan Roberts
Allan is a seasoned construction professional with nearly two decades of diverse civil engineering and construction experience. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation as a determined, meticulous, and commercially astute professional, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, including heavy civil engineering, rail, and residential developments.
With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Allan strives for his projects to achieve the highest standards in all areas. From the initial planning stages, through to execution and customer care.
As a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Civil Engineers (CEng MICE), underpinned by both a BSc Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering, Allan brings a wealth of technical expertise to his leadership role. Recognizing the importance of clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability, Allan embodies the qualities of a natural leader, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes and a lasting impact. Allan remains passionate about embracing innovation and utilising the latest technologies and best practices to drive efficiency and excellence in construction.

Tom Gallagher
Tom is an experienced director and leader, with nearly 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, be it on residential-led mixed-use, hotel, rail, infrastructure, or aviation projects, both here in the UK and Australia.
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and a PgCert in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University, Tom has extensive experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, financial management, risk management, and project delivery. With rigorous training, adherence to strict ethical standards, and a commitment to continuous professional development, Tom is dedicated to delivering superior results and exceeding client expectations at every turn in the delivery of projects.
Tom is an expert strategist with a proven track record of building resilient teams and coordinating resources within fast-paced and high-pressure companies and projects. This has resulted in Tom having a hands-on approach in the delivery of more than 3000 residential units, 2000 purpose-built student accommodation units, 4 and 5-star hotels, and 300,000 sq. ft of commercial space.
